Guidelines for presenters
General design tips (all talks & posters)

Legibility: fonts ≥ 20 pt; readable from ≥ 2 m (posters) or the back row (slides).

Colour-blind friendly: avoid red–green palettes; use accessible schemes (see Climate Lab Book guide).

Clarity: make title, authors, affiliations obvious; keep text concise and figures self-explanatory.
Talks (Oral • Compact • Lightning)

- Oral 15 min (12 + 3 Q&A)
- Compact 7 min
- Lightning 5 min (≤ 3 slides)
- Upload deadline: 12 h before your own start time. Check program for your session time

Posters

Size & orientation: Portrait, max A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm)

Mounting: Attach to your numbered board with Velcro dots (available at reception) on the first morning of your poster session.

Removal: Posters MUST be taken with you at the end of the session.
